The worth of an independent school education...
Akeley Wood School, a co-ed, independent school, are part of the Cognita Schools Group. Under new marketing leadership, we were approached to create a new set of prospectuses for the three different areas of the school (Junior, Senior and Sixth Form) to showcase the value of an independent education in a busy, local school market.
Akeley are a bright and vibrant school, full of fun and incredible learning opportunities and we decided to highlight these benefits and opportunities through the use of big imagery and parent testimonials, packaged all within a heavy tactile cover stock to represent the creative nature of the school. Bold and bright with multiple levels of texture and design - rather like the school itself. We took the style from the prospectus through into a newspaper as well as various advertising and direct mailing pieces.
Sector: EducationAkeley are a bright and vibrant school, full of fun and incredible learning opportunities and we decided to highlight this. Focussing on bold colours, impactful statements and new commissioned photography, we designed three individual prospectuses that sit as a family. We used a beautifully tactile cover stock with a subtle logo emboss to suggest a level above a free school and a combination of paper stocks inside to create clear messaging. We took this styling and design across to large scale newspaper advertising as well as direct mail solutions and digital adverts.
